You can indeed manage multiple data in advance that you can use later in the offer. 

This can be done in the 'My data', 'My subcontractors' and 'My library' tabs.

When a quote request has been launched, you can request and consult the specifications in the 'Specifications' tav. 

If you have requested the specifications, you can start, modify and submit your offer in the 'Offers' tab.

The offer needs to be signed digitally by means of a qualified electronic signature.

• You van use the linked Fost Plus application to sign the inventory. (or have it signed).The following signing methods are possible: BeID, itsme® and Swisscom (eIDAS).
• You can also use your own signing application to sign the inventory. The signed documents should then be uploaded in the portal.

Before signing with Swisscom, the signer must identify themselves online via video. The service is available 24/7 in, for example, English. For other languages, certain service hours must be taken into account.

Attention: For identification via video you must have a stable internet connection. If the connection is lost, identification cannot be done correctly. Your identity card or passport must also be in good condition.

Examples of the identification:

• Video in French.
• Video in English.
   

If the identification happened correctly, you will receive a confirmation email and you can continue to sign the offer. 

This process takes several minutes. Start preparing and signing in a timely manner.
