Validating the deliveries

Weekly or monthly operators and intermunicipal companies receive an e-mail with a link to the deliveries, tonnages and prices that are to be validated in MyFost.

Operator

At the end of the week or the day after the last day of the month, you receive an e-mail with a link to the online application of all deliveries to be validated. Both the tonnages and the calculated price must be validated.

You have five days to actively validate them. After this period, the deliveries are validated automatically.

 

Intermunicipal company

At the end of the week or the day after the last day of the month, you receive an e-mail with a link to the online application of all deliveries to be validated. Both the tonnages and the calculated price must be validated.

Fost Plus asks the partners to validate the deliveries within five days so that errors can be corrected in time and invoicing can go ahead.

As an intermunicipal company, you can indicate in the settings whether validation is passive or active.

If you opt for passive validation, then the deliveries are validated automatically after five days. If you opt for active validation, then you actually have to validate the delivery.

 

Pay attention! No invoicing can take place until a delivery has been validated by all parties.
